Landscape Design

Step 1

After initial contact has been made, a date will be set for me to visit you in your garden. There, I will take your brief and chat about what you would ideally like to achieve with the space.

Step 2

Following the first meeting, I will email you a proposal explaining what I feel I can do for you as well as various budget options as to how we could go about your particular garden project.

Step 3

If you are happy with my proposal and ideas, we agree on which route to follow and I will make a date and time to come back to photograph and measure your garden. From this point on all work on the project is done at a reasonable hourly rate.

Step 4

Once I have drawn up a concept design, a date will be set for me to present my project drawings, ideas and, where possible, plant samples to you. This meeting usually takes a maximum of 2 hours. During this time we will discuss all design options and arrive at a final plan together.

Project Management

Your entire landscaping project will be managed from start to finish. After completing steps 1 to 4, we then incorporate step 5, explained below.

Step 5

All plants, materials, tradespeople and/or artisans will be sourced, received and managed on site by Green Spirit Landscapes. I will personally implement the garden design plan in its entirety, including the placement of all plants in their positions according to the design. Your project fee will include all plants, materials, and labour involved.

Consultation Service
